LeBron in the Eastern Conference playoffs was playing up being sick and playing through it. Last year it was all about how he was playing through the elbow injury. This is the guy who fakes getting hit in the face to draw fouls. Wade had an entire marketing campaign built around him playing through pain and getting up after getting knocked down. He was bringing tissues to press conferences in the 06 playoffs when he was seemingly sick for two full rounds.

Here's clip on his collision. He fell down very soft on the floor and stands up easily without any pain. But later he came off to the bench and he basically collapsed on the floor.

i seriously doubt he got injured in that collision, but even if he truely got injured, it was just a bruise, and he acted like someone shot him in the back with a gun.
