There are plenty of players that have accomplished more than LeBron has in their first 8 seasons.

Years in the league >>>>>> Age.

Russell, Duncan and Kareem off the top of my head.

Now, of course you didn't ask who has accomplished more through 8 seasons for obvious reasons.

One can only wonder how many more statistical achievements and awards that players like Russell, Kareem, and Wilt would have achieved has they jumped right to the NBA out of high school.

Wilt was drafted while IN High School, and in one of his high school seasons, he played the reigning college player of the year, one-on-one, and beat him 25-10. And in his very first NBA game he scored 43 points (I read somewhere that it came on 17-20 shooting...but not official as of yet), with 28 rebounds, and 17 blocked shots.

He's 22. LeBron will be 27 this year. Durant will win 2 of the next 4 MVPs. I'm assuming he will win it this year and the year after OKC wins the championship, which will happen soon.

Russell was a 4 time champ, 2 time MVP, won a gold medal and 2 titles in college. Kareem had a ring 3 MVPs I think 2 national titles if not 3 and like a 30/15 career average. At 27 moses was a 3 time MVP and a champion who had made 2 finals. Magic had 3 rings and at 27 won his 4th and first MVP.

Looks easier that way, but still 2 MVPs seems too much.

I belive thread title is "who has accomplished/achieved more than lebron at 26?" Do you have to put Durant in every thread possible? I dont wish him bad, but you know he can get career ending injury in every single game he plays? And how do you know that he is lock for MVPs? Alomst everybody expacted him to win MVP of 2010/11 season after his great playing at WC and he didnt. Sometimes i wish i could see in the future like some of you guys.

Not to mention TWO FMVPs in his first three seasons.

BTW, Wilt, by age 26, and in four seasons, had averaged 43 ppg and 26 rpg...COMBINED.

The 26 years old comment is misleading, because he's been in the league 8 years.

So if you compare to other players who have been in the league 8 years, there is a few who have accomplished more.
