It takes until the last couple episodes to really get going... but if you go back and watch the 1st season after getting really into it, its just as funny as the rest.

great show, I was on board originally at season one, but that season was so crap I never watched again. At the behest of a friend I picked it up again in season 3 and I now have to say it is my favorite 30 minute show out there.

I've been watching this non-stop on netflix the past few days and it is hilarious. I didn't think season one was as bad as people are making it out to be, but different strokes I guess. Ron is my favorite followed by Andy and how everyone constantly shits on Jerry is always good for a laugh.

Parks and Rec is very hit or miss imo...Ron Swanson can be funny but his bit can get played out quick, and Aziz Ansari can be really funny but outside of those two it's extremely "meh"

Rob Lowe has NEVER been funny on that show, nor have the two main characters Amy Poleher and the dude she likes

I'm currently into the 3rd season of Community and finished Parks...and I completely disagree lol.

I find Parks a hell of a lot funnier and more relatable. I do like community a lot..can't say I love it. Some of the gimmick episodes are suuuuuch a turn off...like the Christmas clay one, the dungeons and dragons one, etc.

I think the characters on Parks are a lot more likable and damn you can't get funnier than Swanson/Haverford/Dwyer.
