"We've been here for hours.....we have to decide, what should Lebron's next tweet be?"
"How bout this? Had a dream my hairline was back! Woke up and went to bathroom, turned on light slowly. Same ol story. Damn! Lol #wishfulthinking".

He should just accept he's going bald. Ain't nothing wrong with it.
It happened a few times this season/playoffs that he lost his hairband during a play or while getting fouled and the first thing he did was go and put his headband back on (kinda like he was panicking, nervous about it). Man the fck up...

He has been playing the summer league games without a headband, so I wouldn't be surprised if he stops wearing a headband from now on in the NBA. It also seems that the past seasons failures has gotten rid of his cockiness or his PR team has finally came to their senses.

Seriously.
If he were th EVER re-endear himself to people, do it in a self depricating way.
Acknowledge your failures, don't act SUPER egotistical (not just about bball, but stuff like this) and he very well could win people back.
Just be HUMAN, LeBron ... admit weakness and faults, and you immedietly become more endearing.

:oldlol: reminds me of the play v.s. the Lakers on Christmas w/ Ron Artest picking a fight with him and literally pushing him. LeBron's head band came off, didn't even worry about another man questioning his manhood by picking a fight. Immedietly went for the head band on the ground while Artest stood over him. SMH @ the insecurity.

Jordan had a HUGE genetic bald spot by his 4th year, so he was like 24 or 25.
But the thing w/ Jordan, he said "eff it" went to the shaved look and USHERED in a INNOVATIVE look that was imitated by a generation of people.
Like Bruce Willis but in basketball.
And w/ Jordan's head shape, he could pull it off.
LeBron? I don't know man, he has an awkwardly shaped head. Might look really weird. Especially if he's prone to keeping that full facial hair beard.
Nothing screams oxymoron like a bald head and a HUGE full facial hair.

The headband is at such an angle right now it's pointless anyway, it can't even full stretch out, so literally the only reason he wears it is BECAUSE of his hairline. Hell, he needs to consider that fact that him wearing that head band directly on his hair line for so long actually may have made things worse. Like the guy who wears hats too much has proven to do more damage to his hair than the guy who lets things breath.

The thing is if he just wore it regularly I don't think anyone would've noticed. There are plenty of guys who expose their hairline even when they're wearing headbands (Jason Terry and Eddie House comes to mind). The way LeBron wears it it's actually more noticeable to see the receding, at least to my eyes.

That too ... it accentuates it to the eye more. Seeing this head band at such a sharp angle is stupid funny looking.

This combined with the recent spate of a friendly LeBron posing with little kids during charity events makes me think he's got a new media relations crew directing him. Either that or their IQ's jumped 20-30 points since the finals.
The strategy of "stop being a douche on twitter" and "pose with happy little kids" isn't exactly genius-level media relations, but it's still heads and shoulders above LeBron ranting on twitter about karma and keeping lists of haters.
The thing is, I didn't ever dislike him for his receding hairline. It's funny that he seemed so uncomfortable about it, but it's not the real source of his problems. I dislike him for being a generational talent that instead of wanting to prove himself against the best of his generation, runs away from leading to join the only other player arguably as good as him. And that situation is still exactly the same, regardless of posing with kids or hairline jokes.

Um actually the fact that LeBron's headband fell off concerned him much more than artest getting in in face. He was insecure, and he won't shave his head because he's worried about people claiming that he's trying to mirror Jordan and Kobe. :oldlol:
