what symptoms do I need to have to get a prescription from a doctor? I need this for um....private reasons.

Or is there a way I can get it without any of that bullsh1t Legally?

Some kind of throat infection.

But you really can't fake the symptoms with that.

I've had throat infection twice. one last year at this time. instead I got some anti biotic and some pills:facepalm . If only I knew.

It would have to be so severe that you could barely swallow. It also depends on the Dr. Some are not Narcotic friendly.

dude. Those were one of the worst feelings of my life. I couldn't eat for almost a week. I didn't want to go to the doctors because I was too proud. I could barely even swallow my water.
Doctor I was so close to actually having surgery to remove the lump or whatever.

You have to have a bad ass cough to get it. I remember my momma had some. The whole house was drinkin on that shit like juice

Why not purchase it from a dealer?
If I knew any friends that were dealing it, I wouldn't be here. I've only used it twice in my life and that was when I went out of state.

Do you know any Asians? You are in NYC right? Chinatown pharmacies are more into making a buck than following the rules. If no luck in Manhattan (where they may be a bit more cautious) take the train out to Flushing and have an Asian friend help you out.

tell him you have a terrible cough and CANNOT SLEEP!!

not being able to sleep is what happened to me, and I got codeine syrup. Not premethazine, but it still ****ed me up big time. I was actually sick though, I just took more than the normal dosage.

Went to the ER when I had Bronchitis and they gave me a bottle of it, barely used any of it, didn't do shit for me.
