View Full Version : OFFICIAL NBA Players In Euroleague Stats Thread

Euroleague
10-25-2011, 03:32 AM
Since Grinder has an enormous ongoing TROLL thread, where he manipulates and twists how NBA players are doing in Europe......this thread will be an actual real and factual thread about it. Instead of the huge hack troll thread he has going.

The rules:

ONLY players that played in and finished the season in the NBA last year will be included. Players that played in the NBA last year, but finished the season in the D-League will not be included.

ONLY complete stats will be included.

None of the trolling Grinder is doing in the other thread will be tolerated here. No games of leagues below the Euroleague level. No games from players that do not play in Euroleague (ex. Deron Williams, Tony Parker, Adam Morrison) and no non-Euroleague games for players that do play in Euroleague.

No manipulation, skewing, and twisting of the stats (like Grinder does in that other thread).

No games where a non-Euroleague team plays against a Euroleague team in a non-Euroleague game will be allowed. Grinder has been claiming any game involving a Euroleague team is a "Euroleague level game". No. That is trolling because Euroleague teams tend to go easy and coast in such games in most cases.

ONLY if TWO Euroleague teams are playing each other, can a non-Euroleague game be mentioned. But in this case, it must be clarified also that this is NOT a Euroleague game, and it must be clarified what actual league or cup it is that the game is being played under (Spain, Greece, Italy, etc.), and it MUST NOT be referred to as a "Euroleague game".

Season stats of the players listed will be ONLY for official Euroleague games played.

Also, FULL SEASON stats will be what are counted, as these are the official Euroleague season stats. "Regular season" stats are not the official season stats in Euroleague, since the regular season is only 10 games. Season stats leaders will be counted as FULL SEASON stats leaders, since that is what is official in Euroleague. Regular season stats leaders are NOT official in Euroleague. Again, since the regular season is only 10 games long.

Posts containing stats from other games will be marked as non-pertinent and trolling.

The stats will be listed complete and full, containing the regular stats info as they are reported in NBA box scores.

Only official euroleague.net website box scores will be used for the stats of actual Euroleague games. They will be listed per team.

Minutes played will be listed as rounded down to the nearest minute at 29 seconds or less and rounded up to the nearest minute at 30 seconds or more. The same as the NBA does it.

Field goals attempted will be listed as the NBA lists them. As 2 pts and 3 pts shots attempted COMBINED. NOT as simply 2 pts shots attempted (see droid101 trolling).

So, this will cover the stats of:

Thabo Sefalosha

Joey Dorsey

Kevin Seraphin

Reggie Williams

Nicolas Batum

Ty Lawson

Sonny Weems

Nenad Krstic

Ty Lawson is being exposed. His game doesn't suit Europe at all. Kirk Hinrich would be an interesting Euroleague option, as would Eric Gordon.

Euroleague, how would you like this team:
CT: Al Horford/ Trevor Booker
PF: LaMarcus Aldridge/ Ed Davis
SF: Chase Budinger/ Paul George
SG: Eric Gordon/ James Harden
PG: Kirk Hinrich/ Patty Mills

Interesting topic. I think their efficiency will go up once they're used to the style of play, so don't think too much of that. Simply European players in NBA, doing good job in Europe while Americans can not right now.

They need some time to adopt new countries, playing style and also i don't think a guy like Deron Williams would try to give his best in european leagues. It's more like having a vacation and get paid a lot for it.

3 players that have never played in the NBA, out ranked him in the same game (Freeland, Zoric, Popovic). And his team lost, yet again. Already, with a fairly big budget, they are on their way to being eliminated at the first stage of the season.....with that "beast" leading them to an early exit.

Yep, LeBron of Euroleague indeed. As in doing NOTHING to help his team win at all. Well, yeah, those 5 turnovers (2 of them basically caused his team to lose the game) he had clearly helped his team win the game..oh wait..............not to mention that horrible shot attempt he took.

I could be way off, so I readily admit that, but I think the problem posters have is not with non-NBA leagues, but rather with the InsideHoops poster Euroleague. They say things to get him all riled up. I don't believe it's truly directed at you and your leagues.

Yes i know, but it stills piss me off.
I'm the first to admit it that NBA>any other league in the world, but the way that people talk about them it's just stupid.

Like he said... Lebronasque :lol

I know what you were going for, but I kind of like to hear about how guys like Sean May, Malik Hairston, and Casey Jacobsen are doing as well. Strictly players who participated in the league last year seemed a little limited. Hearing all these other names from the past is kind of fun.

Just dont go assuming if someone posted ok stat line that they played well, example May from yesterday, he was shit as well as his team and he padded his stats in 4th quarter in 30 point game where his oponnets really couldnt give a shit if he scores or not.

Euroleague, can you please help me and post the stats of Bo McCalleb, Sonny Weems, Brian Scalabrine and Adam Morrison, four American players playing on four of Europes proudest clubs? It is difficult for me to find their statistics online but as the Euroleague expert on ISH I'd appreciate your help

Oh, no. I meant "as well" as a means of saying "also". I wasn't saying I automatically thought they were all doing as well as anyone else or something.

Give it up. These guys are jerks, and huge trolls.

I am done with it.

Honestly, I am not bothering anymore.

All these morons can just continue to troll the site. I am giving up on anything remotely related to an actual basketball discussion. It cannot happen here.

The site is strictly for trolling.

Really Sefo? FTW.

While players are trying to grab the bigger piece of the pie in this greedy lockout negotiations.

AK 47 is busy eating European scrubs for breakfast.

He is recently named Euroleague MVP for month of October.

I guess he is enjoying the minor league scene.
