Update on my paranormal research group

So I told you guys I'd keep you periodically posted so here goes. I'm not posting audio anymore because last time it create a huge debate but I will say we have continued to get excellent audio responses in our investigations. Last week I asked how old a girl was who died on the property and got a very clear "eight" answer. Come to find out after my own research, she was indeed eight years old. We get great audio evidence and EVP's every week.

We are stepping our game up to the visual evidence as we just ordered full spectrum camcorders. I'll be posting pictures here for you guys as soon as I get some good ones. The biggest problem to date after 4 weeks now has been the lack of respect from management/owners of properties. Essentially they treat us like jackasses and want nothing to do with us. As we build up experience and reputation I expect that to change a little bit.

So for the most part we are limited to outdoor things. The excellent news though is for next weekend I locked up our first indoor investigation. We are doing a haunted tavern basement/cellar. I'm also in talks with 2 people regarding investigating their house which have been bothering them for a long time.

What's to get freaked out about? My goal through all of this is to bring peace to families who have a problem and to learn about this other "world". Lucky for our group so far we have only encountered friendly and playful entities. I'm sure the first time we encounter an evil one.. or something demonic I'll freak out a bit LOL. There is a girl who contacted me last night about her having a poltergeist. I also am talking with a severely haunted house right now about coming to help them.

Here you go guys. Really clear one from a week ago. Skip to 55 seconds. There is 2 of them. For those that do like it.... just PM me if you want more. I have about 20 EVP files saved that I can upload for you. So far I've uploaded 5. They are mainly for our personal use in evidence. It's obvious strangers are going to think I faked all of these.. so no point in spending hours uploading and making them all into movie files. People don't realize that when I amplify and upload these videos I can easily distinguish contamination of the files. I can tell right away when whispering was one of us talking.. or when a noise is a cough or sneeze from one of us etc.

To get these 20 good EVP files... I've had to discard about 60+ others. I discard the EVP's I can't understand. Even if it is a spirit... no point in keeping jibberish responses. Only ones I keep are intelligent response EVP's or other clear ones. For the first time this last weekend we captured ghost music which was exciting. While the spirit was talking... you could hear eerie musical instruments playing like an organ. That was a bit creepy! All these older churches have or have had organs though so it's pretty believable.

I'm a skeptic but I see and heard strange shit so I'm not totally against the possibility of paranormal shit being true.

EVP stands for Electronic Voice Phenomena. It's basically unexplained voices that aren't a result of a present human actually talking.

How do you help them? Don't you just go and record noise and then leave? If the demons wreck shit or cause chaos how do you get rid of them, do you have a ghostbuster or exorcist in your crew?

Just a word of advice, don't underestimate the power of suggestion. If I were you, I'd upload the EVP's but don't offer any explanation on what the words are. Leave it up to the viewer/listener. Let us CONFIRM it for you. It's basically an anonymous controlled experiment. By offering the words "eight" and "get behind me", our brains will take that explanation and run with it because you suggested it.

Don't need an exorcist man. Just need faith. Demons only have power over people who give them that power. Plus sometimes just knowledge of the actual ghost will calm home owners down. You can't fight the spiritual realm with physical tools, only faith.
