What do I need to know to breed and domesticate Red Pandas?

Ok I got this idea that if someone domesticates the red panda, the cutest animal on earth, they would make me a fortune if I market it right.

On top of that the species is threatened so why wouldnt they want some guy out there breeding and domesticating and repopulating the species, keeping it alive?

They eat Bamboo which grows fast as hell and anywhere on earth PLUS adds oxygen to the atmosphere.

Basically this plan is fool proof.

I need atleast 50 breeding pairs to maintain genetic integrity.

The question is, what qualifications do I need before I would be trusted with these creatures from local governments? Ideally I'd want the breeding to go down in America, likely California or Utah. Zoology? Biology? Would I need to own a zoo?

This plan saves a threatened species, will save the ozone layer and will make me a shitload of cash. What do I need to do to study to make it happen?

Ok it seems like they share the same characteristics in breeding with other pandas, so as I said you cant breed them domestically since they breed only in their own natural habitat.

They found fossils of these things in Tenessee which means they used to live in America which means they could have natural habitats in America.

are you willing to drop 5k on a red panda? plus its probably illegal to have them in the states. also there is the moral issue of breeding animals and selling them like some do with dogs. For every red panda you sell could have prevented someone adopting an animal from a shelter.
