How much do you think Shaquille O'Neal weighs?

I'm debating with my brother right now about Shaq's weight, as of today. I keep telling him O'Neal is around 420 right now. lol. I believe he is truly that too.

Keep in mind, Shaq was about 300 20 YEARS AGO DURING HIS ROOKIE YEAR

I don't think he's anywhere close to 400. He's probably like 320-350 or something like that.

Personally I feel he was proabbly between 270-290 when he came into the league. I don't believe he was 300 even if it says so. I do believe when he played with the Heat he did balloon up to like 330 though. He defintiely looked it. :oldlol:

Ballooned? I think he was at 330 throughout the time he was on the Lakers and at one point he reportedly got up to 380 when he came off that toe injury.

No, muscle doesn't weigh more than fat. Muscle is denser than fat, so someone who's 6'0 170 at 10% body fat will look way better than another dude who's 6'0 170 and 20% body fat.
