He could be healthy enough to play already but the coaching staff won't announce it until they are required to submit their roster 1 hour before the game.
This is a common tactic to try to get a leg up on their opponents.

He had the flu like symptoms two days ago. If that was true, then the worst part of the flu must be over by now. That's not an excuse not to play, especially when you know Wade is already sidelined.

LeBron is still game time decision for Heat, but I believe LeBron won't want to miss this game.

Recent quote from his former Coach Mike Brown.

"I think if he has the flu, if he's a little under the weather. I think he'll play because he's a great player and that's what great players do," Brown said. "When you talk about great players like him, those guys, even when they're sick or a little injured, they find a way to perform at a high level and I don't think it's any different for LeBron, who is a great player. ... The flu, the stomach ache, dizziness, however you want to call it, it doesn't affect great players like it does the average human being. I don't expect anything different from him tonight."

Hmmm, so Lebron in those five extra minutes that he played, he managed to score two more points (one traveling lay-up probably, or a couple of ft's thanks to a ref bail out), snatch two more rebounds out of his bigs' hands, and pass the ball two more times to his teammates with two seconds left on the clock in crunch time. You guys are acting like Lebron played great or something. His game was average. His teammates played great, and he's got a lot of them. Even with Wade sidelined, he's got the best supporting cast, and they win if they all play well.

We have yet to see Lebron carrying his teammates in a single game, despite his inflated stats. Bosh, Chalmers, Haslem, now Miller and Battier... They are all having fantastic seasons. Even the rookie is not bad, and Anthony has improved.

I don't blame you guys for enjoying this victory. After all, there won't be much to celebrate in the playoffs, as usual. Lebron will find a way to choke. Or actually I may put my money on Wade sabotaging the team this year, just like Lebron did last year when he realized Wade was gonna get the FMVP.:lol
