Hard to differentiate between the characters I like in the storyline (Shang Tsung, Reptile and Shinnok) and the characters I like playing as (Kitana, and Kung Lao) The rest I've always liked and used in my rotation. Kitana and Scorpion are my go-to fighters for MK9.

I wish MK differentiated its characters a bit more in terms of style and size. Everyone is basically the same with slight move differences. It's part of the reason why I always enjoy Street Fighter and Marvel series' more.

Reptile and Kitana are my faves in the new one though.

i love the new game, just bought it a week or so ago. noob has some great moves.... but scorpion is easiest to dominate with
