Pros make a lot of shots in practice. I remember going to a game early and watched Josh Smith raining 3s routinely. He wasn't shooting them from a standstill either.

It is easy to get into a groove in practice when you are shooting the same shot over and over. One time a guy bet me he could beat me in 3 pointers (college 3). I made 29 out of 30 no lie. I would have never thought i could do that.

I have tried to duplicate it by myself without someone throwing it back to me and never could get close.

100k isn't enough money to be going around buying cars(unless you don't have a car) ..

even if don't spend as much and buy a car for say 20k + .. that's still over 20% of your savings spent on a depreciating asset .. so imagine if you decide to 'treat yourself' and buy something 50k or over .. really dumb

it's just not the smartest way to use that money .. it's not like you have a million where you have a little room to splurge on something you really want and even then I wouldn't recommend it .. invest and make more money out of that 100k THEN buy another car
