Marc Gasol just said something disturbing. Sounds like the Grizzlies expectations aren't very high. He said his main goal is simply to get to the playoffs then go a day at a time from there. Dude you were just in the semis last year! You need to be shooting for the NBA finals. No reason for him to have that low of a goal for the team.

also its a very good philosophy: if you win your next game every time for a whole season, you become an nba champion. so first win as much games as you can, get to the playoffs, and win a game at a time.

I loved hearing how classy Durant and Brooks were talking about the Clippers and playing with CP3/Griffin. Basically sounds like the Clippers and Thunder have a lot of respect for each other. It will be great to see these teams meet at least 3 times in the WCF over the next decade and it's really not all that farfetched. The stars are aligned for these two teams to meet multiple times.

It was funny because Brooks joked about how he's not going to play CP3/Griffin many minutes because of the Clippers win last time they played. Bynum kind of took a shot at Fisher too when he said "It will be nice playing with a point guard who can distribute the ball that well" lol.

Day one of Allstar weekend was excellent. The Celebrity game was some of the most entertaining basketball I've seen in years, Kevin Hart deserves to be here from now on, him and Howard goofy together was too much for my sides, which hurt like hell from all my laughing.

The Rookie-Sophmore game started off a little slow, but REALLY picked up. Definitely showed the future of the NBA, and is looking pretty damn good. Our Guards are looking real promising, and out Big men look promising as well.
