He could've had something like 30-30 but he fouled out.
He's going to be a FA this summer. I hope he can go somewhere where he can actually show his game.
He has talent. He is a good shooter. Good rebounder. Good passer. Playing with a chucker like Jennings really hurts his game.:facepalm
His teammates rarely pass the ball to him it's quite annoying to watch.

25 rebound in just 36 minutes is impressive no matter who the opponent is.he could have had 30-30.Please how many players reached those numbers this year.Let me tell you no one.Howard in 41 minutes had 24/25.
BTW dont forget he is averaging 8.5 rebound per game in under 25 minutes.Imagine if he plays 38-39mpg like howard. He would be averaging about 14 rpg.

Is that so?
I hope you realize that Kris Humphries (18) and Shelden Williams (14) combined for 32 rebounds against the Bulls which is the best rebounding team in the NBA.
Ersan Ilyasova grabbed 25 rebounds against these guys. Shelden Williams finished the game with 15 rebounds tonight. Humphries had 8 rebounds as well.

Playing against the Nets has nothing to do with it. This guy is a really good rebounder. Give him starter minutes and he'll average close to 15 RPG.
Bucks played Magic 2 times so far this year and Ersan Ilyasova averaged 13 rebounds in those 2 games. Averaging 13 rebounds against the likes of Howard, Big Baby, Anderson, etc isn't impressive?
This guy is not a fluke. He had games where he grabbed 19 rebounds, 14 rebounds, 16 rebounds numerous times. He just needs to get starter minutes to do it on a regular basis.

He is averaging 9.5 RPG in his last 17 games while only playing 23.9 MPG.
That's 14.3 RPG per 36 minutes compared to Dwight's 14.4.

You can't have 25rebounds and not be a good rebounder. Guys can have good scoring games without being good scorers. But 25 rebounds? And to have 25 rebounds while scoring 29? It's impossible that this guy can't play.

Before the season started, he was hoping the Bucks would waive the last year of his contract so he could stay in Europe. I hope he's changed his mind, and signs a team in the NBA where he can get more minutes next season.
He defends, he rebounds, and he's got a sweet jumper.

Agreed.
I like this guy's game. Quick reflexes, good handles, a mobile four, good positioning down low and a very nice looking jump shot. Milwaukee had an awesome team 2 seasons ago. But then they signed Corey maggette and drew gooden. Those 2 guys kinda messed up their chemistry and distribution of minutes. Drew Gooden i feel provides them with empty stats. Ofcourse, Bogut's injury has a lot more to do with their recent lack of success, but then again they had a good thing going despite bogut's presence.
Right now, him and the prince should get the most minutes from the front line. They just play and you can be assured that they'll work hard every night. That's why im a fan of both those players and would like to have any of them on the spurs.

Exactly. More importantly this guy never gives up. He's a hustler. You know that he's gonna work his ass off once he's in the game.
I'd rather see him on the Bulls instead of Boozer. He is a good shooter so he can stretch the floor. Which would help Rose a lot.

I remember, people were saying he was gonna be a very special player when he was playing for Ulker in Istanbul. I don't think he turned out to be special (to me Hedo's skill set is special), but Ilyasova still managed to become a very solid player off the bench. He may even start for some teams.

He can average around 20/12 if given starter minutes. His skill set might not be special but he is a smart player. His game is simple and he thrives because of it. Only thing stopping him is the Bucks(Scott Skiles' system and Jennings). :facepalm

"Babcock and Ersan's D-league coach Joey Meyer were pretty certain that Ersan's real age was legit back when he first came here in 05-06."
I saw Ersan up close in the u20 championship in 2006. He definitely did not look a day older than the other players. I know Zaza Pachualia is said to be 2-3 years older than what his documents say, but he is not Turkish, and does not play for their national team.
Next you're gonna say Omer Asik, Memo, Kanter, and Semih Erden are actually Chinese:lol
You're just jealous because Greece has not produced an NBA level talent, while Turkey has six players currently playing in the NBA. Not that you are Greek... You probably just eat their brand of yogurt and feel connected to their country from the basement of your parents house in Arkansas:roll:

I missed the game - I was out of state ski'ing.
My take for quite a while has been that the Bucks are 3+ deep in PF's and I would have liked to see the Bucks do a real trade with him and Jennings.
He has been playing pro ball since he was 16 or 17 years old.
BUT : he has in the past shown flashs of some real good play , but seems like most Euro's to let the game come to him.
I think playing with JAX and Dunleavy has helped him greatly this year.
* He also stated back around the beginning of the year , he may head back to the Euro league...
That being said : I still think they should trade Jennings.
But I am now leaning toward keeping Ilyasova.
So few games Gooden and Bogut have played together , but when they do , they are really super affective.
I think Gooden has a home here , but he could tween from backup PF and the 5.
Bucks future in 3 years will be Tobi Harris as SF, with eventually Dunleavy as his backup.
If they could package Jennings and Delfino and get a solid 5 or a SG that would be great.
Bucks right now have 3 PG's.
* Lack of minutes for JAX tells me Skiles has every history guy in his dog house before he even suits up.
Skiles is a crappy coach= fact. (rotations - everything sucks)
I think prior to trade deadline the Bucks are going to send at least 2 players in a trade. (JAX maybe one of them)
--------------------
Which leaves me with two comments :
Bucks better start putting Ersan in some serious heavy minutes and start talking about a contract for him.
The league will see far fewer trades this trade deadline season , because of the shortened season , the coachs will want to keep the same mix of players on the rosters.
