he faked a season ending injury to have hydraulics installed in his legs.

no lie.

hes not even at rim level with his head in that pic.. did u take that at height of his jump?

It's the result of having the physical features of an enormous black father and the mental acuity of a white mother. He's wise enough to dedicate himself to maintain peak physical perfection by constantly working out and training. His discipline is impressive.

He's an athlete. Remember he's about 6'10 tho and gets rim level... legit 40 inch vert.

. According to Griffin he's increased his vert to 41 inches (max vert). He said that in a pre game interview last season and Ralph Lawler as well as trainer Jason Powell also said it's 40 inches now. It's crazy because his arms easily clear the top of the box on some dunks and he doesn't even have much length.

Guys his height usually look so awkward going for a dunk.

He makes it look aight.

How old is he? I don't think he's reached his physical prime yet, at least not in regards to strength.

No. that was his max. Not only is combine just one chance and can produce off results on bad day but he's increased his vert 5 inches due to all the strength training in his legs as part of his rehab.

Nah, Blake was a strong player in college too. It's just his body type. He moves with a lot of power on the court.

Im sure his head was at the rim.... but not above like that lol... the camera angle makes it very decieving

kindof reminds of this Lebron camera angle, makes him look like his chest is at rim lol:

Every time he goes for a high flying dunk it reminds me of those fake ass Chinese movies midair fights, the difference is Blake is for real

OP

it's called view angle perspective
Anytime the camera is below the rim and low to the ground, it will make you look like your jumping higher than you are....

yeah but more strength means more muscle which means more mass which means less vert. he won't be jumping any higher than he is now.

i think lol.

kurt_rambis

his head is at rim level, which gives him a 38" max vert in a game situation

No i don't think he does.Look at lebron he still gets up higher than everybody after 8 years.Dont forget lebron is 10-15 lbs heavier than blake and 2' shorter. What blake needs to do is keep working out.He is a freakish athlete.

Anyone have the video? Which would be shot from a higher angle.

From here it looks like if you level it out, his ears are rim level.

I would be able to do the same if I was 6'10+

He obviously can get his head up there but stop posting pictures, post videos unless the damn camera was at rim height which none of them were, you can't just draw a line that's not how it works lmao.

Yeah it's kinda suspiciously like........ Bonds. Barry Bonds.

I really hope we don't get another mass expose of athletes juicing but man ain't it, like, kinda obvious with some of these guys?

Nobody commented on this haha  . Insane pic dude. If Griffin had a very good or elite wingspan for a 6'10 player... dude would be able to grab the top of the backboard and hang on just about.

The angle on that shot is misrepresenting height imo...

... but Blake is getting his head to rim level of the regular, game in and game out.

Then again, his arms are more pulled back in this pic, and in mine they're more straight up... Which means your pic was on its way up and my pic was probably when he got to his peak, straightening his arms to get ready to jam it. In yours his dunk is still being cocked back

Lol because he's been injured 9 times already right?

Blake's body is built like a tank. He's taken some of the nastiest falls, hardest fouls, and got up without even wincing.

His rookie year injury was a freak accident, bumping knees with Craig Smith. He lied that there was no pain and the Clippers staff let him play again (way too early) and he re-aggrivated it. Nothing injury prone about him at all

Just curious but is anyone worried about him having to have another surgery in the next 2-4 years? If the Clips signed him to a deal, would they be able to get insurance?
