My friend dubbed Matt Barnes, Snitch Barnes, after he went from the Magic to the Lakers. He doesn't like the Lakers and Barnes went from the Eastern Champions, to a deep Laker squad. Haters gonna hate, but it was meant to be funny and to me it was. Matt Barnes has kept that nickname since.
