On his way to the hospital. Being treated. Nothing concrete yet, but some saying that he is fighting for his life.
Game will be abandoned most likely, but it hasn't been officially abandoned yet...

was he unconscious?
at first when they went over to him they tried to turn him over but he seemed to be clutching his chest or convulsing so they couldn't do it
he was on the field for 10 mins i think he became unconscious
match just been abandoned

He has received electric shocks and CPR, has been taken to hospital and wasn't breathing at that time.
No further news yet.
Match has been understandably abandoned.
The reactions of the other players was very telling, prayers and tears. :(
Praying for Muamba.

theres no video of when it happened, no game footage atleast
apparently he jut fell to the ground though, someone on the forum said it looked like he couldnt breathe
they only put the camera on him when he was already down and on his stomach, a few trainers tried to turn him over but he was in lots of troubles

randomly. No contact.
A lot of reports saying he wasn't breathing when taken off the field. Not good news at all...

He still wasn't breathing while he was taken to hospital, and attempts to resuscitate were still ongoing. No other news than that. I was watching the game live on TV, he just dropped by himself. :(

If that's true; he's not going to make in unfortunately. Update coming shortly from the team...

Marc-Vivian Foe is also another.
It's HCM. Many sport personalities died during games because of this, and they didn't find out until it's too late. Cuttino Mobley had to retire because he found out early.

I would not be surprised if this was the case.
The physio staff for professional sports teams are very good so aside from being in the middle of a game it was almost in the best hands outside a hospital.
ESPN noted that he wasn't breathing as he was led down the tunnel to the ambulance
sad times :-/

Most stuff that leaks on to twitter is correct.
It's the fastest way to spread news and many legit sources use it.

Muamba was technically dead for 78 minutes, and survived. (http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/soccer-dirty-tackle/fabrice-muamba-effect-dead-78-minutes-thierry-henry-005906845.html)

Also his friend Theirry Henry flew from Salt Lake City to London to visit him for an hour and flew back.
