I dunno how long he has been wearing this but I dont recall seeing him with this style for the all-star game.

I didn't think it was two headbands. Rather, it's just one of those double-wide headbands (which essentially would be the same as wearing two headbands). To have those come relatively into fashion right around this time (saw Carmelo wearing one for a while) is a god-send for LeBron.
