Who's the better player right now? And who will be as they hit their ceilings? Both are pretty inconsistant but also have shown glimpses.

Probably Klay, and Klay, but I like more Burks.

Burks looks like he'll be a star to me. He can get to the hole and draw fouls with the best of them. Once he starts geting the calls he'll be hard to stop.

Only question is rather he can play his game within the Jazz system and keep his teammates involved and he's getting better at it and certainly has the skill set for it or if they'll have to adjust their system to his game which would have been unthinkable under Sloan or rather he eventually does it for another team.

His shot looks good and that was supposed to be his weakness. Defensively he looks good too. Hits the boards. Runs the floor. Beats people off the dribble. Lots of energy. Not much to not like with this kid other than his PT.

Right now Klay Thompson, but definitely Alec Burks longterm. Thompson is very good tho.

I really think the Jazz did themselves a disservice by choosing Enes Kanter at #3 and not Brandon Knight. That would have been a very good combination.

Time will tell but Kanter looks like a good one. Hard to pass up a big guy like that when pg's are a lot easier to come by in today's game though few really fit what the Jazz do and I'm not sure Knight is one of them?

I think Burks has a higher ceiling, but utah might not be a great situation for him to break out in. Klay has the starting job on a platter. I think he is better right now, and will be a solid role player in the future

Burks doesn't look like a role player so Klay has him there.

Thompson--
I think he is the next great fearless shooter/scorer hybrid.
I predict his career to play out like a poor mans Ray Allen/Reggie/D. Ellis.
People will remember him as one of the best picks from that draft.

I don't think he's great but he's good and he's the sort of guy who would partner Burks well...I guess the question is would he fit the Jazz system.

Question is rather Kanter will be one of the best big men in the league. Hard to pass that up.

Klay. He is a really good shooter and the rest of his game will develop as his body does

Thompson is certainly better now, and in a significantly better team environment, but Burks is not a bad player. I can see Burks becoming a Michael Redd kinda player. Not quite the scoring output, but I can see Burks doing a 21/4/3 kinda line pretty consistently.
