You don't need to justify it at all to realize there are consequences to your actions even if those consequences are not equal to what the original action was.

I don't think race has anything to do with it. It has more to do with economical status in my mind. A lot times in the poorer neighborhoods parent figures are lacking, or work longer hours. Leaving a lot of children to grow up on their own. Which then leaves a lot kids resorting to violence because they were never taught better by their parents. That's my theory, and I have seen white people use violence to solve problems just as much if not more than blacks do. It's on an individual basis. The media also has bias towards african americans. Potraying many of the youth as thugs and criminals instead of showing the one's that are doing good. Which then creates this idea that african americans are more violent.

There's clear evidence (data) that black people are disadvantaged in this country from birth, and honestly it makes me sad because I love all people (my gf is black). None the less, ignorance breeds ignorance. If dropping out of HS is culturally acceptable for whatever reason, or if a mob mentality becomes the norm, that needs to change from the inside out as much as the outside in. Education is key, although sometimes the funding isn't there. But disregarding race altogether I think is a disservice and dancing around the ugly realities of our country. For all I know, this beating was justified, you talk shit and shit is bound to happen (I agree with that). More so, it's the growing popularity of this kind of video recording I find troubling (amongst all races). Exactly. Most Hood girls are taught the proper way to swing, and how to keep leverage during a fight. My older sister and current girlfriend were like that when they were younger. You can tell the girl who answered the door was probably raised to be "a Lady" and how you shouldn't pick fights, etc.
