Alright so I have custom avy's made for all 16 teams in the playoffs. There are 2 designs for each. I did this mainly because some team logos/colors don't look good with the yellowish, gold background. So I have provided you guys with 2 designs to choose from for your favorite team to rep.

With as complicated as the backgrounds are, I think it is. It depends on whether it's a gradient of sorts. If it is, it should be pretty damn easy. If not, he'd have to tinker with each shade.
