Generally in my experience it works better on longer hair. Not very well on stubble or anything shorter than half an inch.

I shave for the most part. Chest, crouch, balls and face all are shaved the regular way. I recently got Nair to do my ass and my crack, it's hard to get back there there with a razor (no I'm not being funny, totally serious).

It worked very well in that area if you're careful. The main reason I did this because I got tired of taking shits and having a mess. I literally wouldn't feel clean unless a took a shower after a shit. Dingleberries. Now I don't have that problem anymore. If you're home, take a crap, wipe with some toilet paper, then use one baby wipe = heaven. It's almost like you never took a shit when you do that. Also my wife seemingly loves it. Since I did it she's licked my taint which she never did before. Which I don't blame here. Who ants to lick and kiss on a hair taint? Same difference if you go down on a woman. Personally I want her shaven, I don't want a bush in my face to the point I could floss my teeth with her natural dental floss.

I have been having problems with shin splints and I've been reading up on the barefoot running thing. Supposedly typical running shoes are too padded in the heel which forces us to run with improper form which causes injuries. Nike Frees are the intermediary between true barefoot shoes and typical running shoes.

So far I like them.

Free Runs are top quality. The 'barefoot' idea behind it definitely works. I used to have a lot of heel problems that are much less prevalent since I bought Free's about a year ago. Great in the gym too (with lifts such as deadlifts and squats if your gym doesn't allow barefoot, also great for explosive jumping movements).

Just bought new running shoes, Nike Frees.

I have been having problems with shin splints and I've been reading up on the barefoot running thing. Supposedly typical running shoes are too padded in the heel which forces us to run with improper form which causes injuries. Nike Frees are the intermediary between true barefoot shoes and typical running shoes.

So far I like them.

I'm a little cautious on this next purchase though it seems that every team hat is a different fit. For example, mostly 7 5/8 hats are to big for me howeverrr i tried on a Texas Rangers 7 5/8 hat and it was perfect for me ( it did have world series patch on it so I'm not sure if that mattered?) alternatively I usually purchase 7 1/2 hats I have 3 red sox hats and I do feel at times they are to small leading me to never wear them. I'm writing hoping someone knows which teams sizes are slightly smaller/bigger in which case I will buy a bigger 7 1/2 or a smaller 7 5/8. Please help a lad out
