My computers being super slow and the gif is going picture by picture so maybe that's the reason it looks so strange to me. But it looks like the elbow or shoulder kind of comes down on the top of his head and he immediately jerks his head up in the opposite direction, if he wanted to imply strong contact I'd think he'd go forward with the motion of it. Cunningham has been an annoying prick all series that the refs have let mug our players. He has no reason to flop. When the Clippers start throwing elbows at him and delivering hard fouls you'll know what he does.

On this play, as funny as it looks with the ref walking in there, obviously Cunningham brushes him with his arm and Paul obviously accentuates the contact ridiculously therefore another flop from the biggest flopper in the league. If you can't see the elbow I feel sorry for you. It wasn't a hard one but nonetheless he elbowed him and that's what CP3 was reacting to. It was subtle and obviously saying the ref bumped him to make him flop is people seeing what they want to see.
