In 2014 the Lakers have no salary committed.

In 2014 LeBron James can opt-out of his contract with Miami.

...and then the world could explode.

Serious question: What would LeBron's legacy be if he failed to with a championship with Miami , left to a franchise like LA or Boston, and then won a few rings before he retired?

That's like championship chasing, except doing it before you're and old worthless vet.

He does not want to play in Kobe's shadow.
Every 4th quarter he would be thinking about it.

It's amazing, but I think it's highly likely that LeBron leaves in Miami in 2014. Wade will be probably about done and Bosh isn't going to be enough for LeBron to stay.

Bynum and Lebron would be a lethal combo in a couple years. I'd pay to see that.

Are we even sure Kobe will still be playing?

Place him at PG and its Magic Johnson/Showtime part 2? :D

That would be hilarious... i cant imagine Heavincents, Bladers, Deuce Bigalow (and so on) reactions / expressions if Lebron would become a Laker... after hating him so god damn much their entire lifes

I could really see it. Cleveland will have Kyrie Irving and possibly another couple pieces if they draft well. It would be amazing if he won in Miami and then came back to Cleveland won a ring there too.

He's going to spend the rest of his career in Miami or end up going back to Cleveland or NY (Either the Knicks or Nets) after his contract expires. I don't think he'll even think about going to the Lakers though you never really know for sure.

It would not be surprising at all if the Lakers made a huge push for him.

It wouldn't be that hard for me to root for him though. Hell, I root for Lebron everytime he plays against the Celtics.

Looks ugly in yellow and purple. Black & white or black & red suits him.

Back to CLE with Irving and Anthony Davis for 3 more titles before he retires!

It would be kindof funny if Lebron planed all this, leave Cavs... Cavs then have horrible records, #1 draft picks... during that time he gets his hardware in Miami and now Cavs have an excellent supporting cast and he gets back.. next thing you know he is spamming Championships in Cleveland until retirement.. genius! :oldlol:

What would be funny is that Cleveland couldn't hold him leaving against him anymore. :lol

i started in indiana and requested a trade, so they gave up bynum for me and hibbert :lol, bynums not that great in the game anyway compared to reality, hibbert's almost just as good with a midrange jumper
