Well, it's an American science team that did this study so they used Hollywood actresses/models to create an impression of beautiful.
The page said it was the "Iranian Institute of Beautology," actually. You may have outside info but from what we can gather this looks like some fake study made up by some guys with a dumb website. It probably is based on racially biased beauty ideals but it's not a particularly important site and people have such ideals implanted by our whole culture in more subtle ways 24/7 on a daily basis anyhow.

i don't even know if this study is real, but if it is how did they compile the list? maybe they did a random poll and these were the results? maybe they are aggregate scores from various internet sources. maybe the sample had a bias.
