By technicality, I actually think it is illegal, but the coach's box is such a loose rule that you're right, nothing would likely be called unless there were either repeated obnoxious offenses or contact between coach and player.

With that said, I'm not sure Westbrook's hitting that shot one way or another, but I have to believe there's a chance the coach could be an illegal distraction in that case. Then again, as players I know we also tend to block out anything extraneous, but still, there's a reason that's not legal.
