Post pictures of where you live in here, give us a tour of your home. It would be cool if we could get a lot of people to do this without another handsome man.

I'm selling my condo and had to have pics taken of it so I thought it would be perfect time to show it off in here...Time to buy a house I'm no longer a bachelor...

This is where I have been living the past 7 years:

http://i599.photobucket.com/albums/tt73/_primetime_pics/condo_m_6.jpg

some notes...

-it's 1,900 sq feet...2 bed, 2 bath, complete with covered parking and concierge service

-My office is really bare in this pic, its normal state is covered in video game memorabilia/awards from work. I had to remove everything because it doesn't show well.

-The first pic is the outside of the building, yes I know the pool isn't much, the room with green walls is the lobby that is used by everyone. The corner condo with glass walls is owned by Oakland Raider player Michael Huff, he lives 2 doors down from me, and the building itself is owned by former Cowboy's QB Roger Staubach.

So now you can see where I live.

Yeah, I agree with AirGauge23. Over in my neck of the woods a place like that would cost close to 7 figures.

$250,000 will get you a dinky 900-1,100 sq feet apartment-looking condo at best.

My house is nothing worth sharing, but my family has a pretty cool ocean property that I have some pictures of. There used to be a huge mansion on it that was built in the late 1800s by some dude named J. Montgomery Sears (was once known as the richest man in New England, apparently), but it was mostly torn down a long time ago. The 3-bedroom part that's left is the house now. There are a couple of other buildings on the property too, but one is going to be torn down and replaced because it's in rough shape and has little historical value (it was a wing that was added on later or something, not part of the original mansion).

I looked at the old mansion and the house today and cant find the similarity. Guessing some work was done on to change it up a bit. But thats pretty cool, too bad the mansion couldnt still stand today though. I like old school houses that are still around today.

Pretty sick view as well. Definately a place to go and relax. Where is that at?

I don't believe the remaining piece of the original house is visible in the old picture. It was in the back, I think. Unfortunately, the mansion was torn down long before my grandfather bought it.

It's in Bar Harbor ME.

Yes, looking at the extreme low (Dallas) and comparing it to the extreme high (Cali) is very shocking.

being in the game industry I have met plenty of people from Cali and hear many shocking stories...there are people there making 6 figures that can't afford to buy a decent home, that's just crazy.

It's a great arrangement. I avoid all the traffic, and about 10 minutes after final pitch, while everyone is fighting their way out, I'm on the couch.

Unbelievable how cheap real estate is over there. There are only 3 properties in the suburbs around mine under $300k. This one is worth $250k.

Okay, here's the house in Charlotte. It's a craftsman bungalow built in 1900. We did an extensive renovation in 2003, the year my daughter was born (note to self, never do that again). Keep in mind that we share this space with an 8 year old, a large dog and a cat, so it's not near as neat as prime's pad. Also I took these with my phone which isn't the greatest. 3600 sq.ft., 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths.

Here's my place in Boone, NC, about a 2 hr. drive from Charlotte. The elevation is 4,000 ft. so it stays relatively cool in the summer (85 this weekend compared to 105 back in Charlotte). The interior normally isn't so sparse but we had to take stuff off the walls and shelves in anticipation of some work we're having done on one of the back retaining walls next week.
