I only liked watching Wade when he played with Shaq. I pretty much hate watching Wade play on his own and I definitely hate watching Wade play with LeBron. Ever since Shaq left, Wade has been so dependent on the FTs/refs it's not even funny.

Game 4 2010 ECSF vs the Celtics: 46/5/5 67%

Game 6 2012 ECSF vs IND: Closed out Indiana with an absolute GEM of a performance 41/10 68% shooting  so lithe and elegant was his movement in this game just gave pg a lunch pail and spending money like he was his progeny

06-07 Christmas game: just destroyed prime Kobe, 40 points, 11 asts, 4 stls, 4blks 60% fg while holding peak Kobe to 4/17, 16 points and with no SNAQ!

Just absolute destruction! This was peak Wade, Pat Riley's inexplicable decision to hold on to the cadevers of SNAQ, Payton, Mourning and Antoine Walker FUCCED Wade's peak. If Riley would come off that cheesy loyalty bullcrap he loves selling we could have gotten some GREAT pieces for SNAQ.

At this point a lot of dumb ass GMs and pundits like that cretin Barkeley held the opinion that SNAQ was the primary reason for the Heat winning in 06

We could have had some dumb teams entire roster for that fat pos but I digress

My 2 are pretty different. First is his Game 4 OT win against the Bulls in 2011. He only had like 14 points and struggled throughout, but his determination and coming alive in OT with 6 points and 3 blocks was what got me, and that block on D-Rose...

My second favorite game from Wade is what I consider the game that changed the entire direction of the Heat from certain destruction ultimately to back to back titles. That game was Game 4 in 2012 in Indiana. Wade had just come off a horrible 5 point game 3 and there were (as always) rumors of his demise and that he can't play anymore. Wade had his knee drained prior to the game but started out 1-8 anyway, then (what I consider) the second most important shot in the Big-3 era happened, what was it? It was Wade hitting a contested 3 over Paul George. Now that may seem like just one shot, but that shot shifted the entire momentum of the game, and thus of the series, and therefore the Miami Heat for years to come. That shot was the first of Wade hitting 10-11 straight field goals, helping the Heat crawl out of a double digit deficit as well as a 3-1 deficit in the series which would've spelled doom.
Is that overly dramatized? Probably, but that's what helps make it a special game for me, Wade finished with 30/9/6 and never looked back, dominating the rest of the playoffs (except for Game 6 in Boston and Game 1 of the finals).

Great stuff. :applause:

Wade's series in 2011 against the Bulls is a great example of why he's a legendary player. The Bulls made it clear that their strategy was to shut down Wade, and for the most part they succeeded through 3 quarters. However, in 4th quarters and OT Wade stepped up and made big plays on both ends.

I agree that game 4 of the 2012 ECSF may have been the most important game of the big 3 era. I remember watching that game and thinking, "well, I knew Wade's knee was a ticking time bomb and I guess it went off. The experiment has failed". Then Wade rose from the dead to make 11 straight shots in vintage fashion.

The 2013 finals was similar in that Wade fought through early struggles but finished strong, averaging 24/6/5/2/2 in games 4-7. His great game 4 is well documented, but one of Wade's more underrated performances of his career was game 7. 23 points, 10 rebounds, 2 blocks, and clutch.
