Ha! I've always kind of wanted a Stratus just so I could say that.

Anyway, I drive a forest green '99 Ford Taurus. I bought it off a random guy on the corner in Ann Arbor. It came with fake bullet hole stickers on the driver's side door, an Asian dictionary of some sort in the back seat, the antennae in the trunk (with antennae base-sized hole on the outside of my car where the antennae should be), and an eagle sticker on the front bumper that I'm afraid to remove for fear of what the body looks like underneath.

Also, sometimes the heat will turn on full blast and cannot be turned off. And recently my windshield wipers activate when I make a left turn (and sometimes when I don't).

Other than that, it's not a bad car. Pretty powerful compared to what I drove prior ('93 Mercury Tracer).

Yeah, completely agree. VW's are as reliable as they come. I never had a single problem with it either in all the time I had mine which was a good 4 years.

Currently driving an BMW X1. Not a bad thing, but I should get myself an X6. Has to be the most sexy looking thing I've seen on the road in a while. Something about it...

How do you like the newer X5's? I still have my '06, couldn't get over the body style change of the E70.

I like them. The difference between the bodies didn't affect me much. The older ones definitely looked more "normal" (sit back more and don't have a beak on the front lol), but while say that, I don't actually think the newer look is bad at all. Some say X5's look feminine too....but I dig. I think the bodies on Range Rovers are the classiest ever though.

The inside is lovely as well. :D

I like Saab.... the turbo models have a lot in common with a WRX (at least previous generations). I actually think they are a nice balance of class, quality and fun. "Born from Jets".:cheers:

Edit: They are actually the main competitor for Subaru in general.

'09 turbo. I have a K&N cold air intake in it, too. I will probably get an exhaust someday, too, but I'm kind of iffy about the loudness of one. I don't want to get a ticket.


P.S: Yes, the intake is illegal in California, but I love the sound of the turbo spooling up.

Dude... get an exhaust on that shit ASAP. Turbo Cobalt is a beast but I test drove one and I'm not exaggerating when I say it's the quietest car I have ever driven. I revved it and it was INSANELY quiet. I almost didn't believe it was a turbo model. Most FI cars tune the exhaust to sound aggressive off the lot so not sure why they went so sleeper.

Or you can be a real badass and run open downpipe like I did on my 06 WRX for a while. I would drive next to Harley's and it was so loud I couldn't even hear the Harley. The turbo spool was louder than a big rigs :oldlol: . When I drove with windows up... I could still hear it like windows were down and car shook violently sometimes when I went WOT.
