No way in hell this guy is 6'9.... either he is 6'7 or Lebron is 6'10.... which one is it?

Luol Deng used to be frequently listed at 6'7, 6'9" came out of nowhere. Then again his long wingspan and reach more than make up for it. And from my experience Lebron's sneakers add 2" to your height easily, also extremely comfortable btw.
Both he and Lebron are about 6'7
Luol Deng was measured 6'6.5" without shoes in 2004 NCAA
Lebron James measured 6'7.25" without shoes as a 17 year old (he could have growed an inch or half inch, Lebron in numerous interviews said that he is closer to 6'9" right now)
in shoes that makes it 6'8-6'9 for Lebron... and 6'7-6'8 (MAX 6'8) for Deng....

not by 1 inch. if you have deng 6ft 7 then you can't have bron at 6ft 8.
my brother has brons in size 11.5 and it's easily 1 1/4 inch thick. even 1 1/2 inch. it has air max in it.
bron wears size 16 so it's easily 1 1/2 inch to 1 3/4 inch lift

I hope the Olympics measures their players height. They last time they officially measured the basketball players height was back in 2000.
Swimmer Michael Phelphs also over billed his height. He's 6'1"-6'2" max. Kobe and the rest of Team USA towered over him.
