Cool. All you need now is someone as good as 2011 Dirk.
You're right, a top 3 power forward in KG and a top 5 point guard in Rondo are definitely scrubs who couldn't have the same - if not better - impact by committee as 2011 Dirk.

I agree with others that Ray is wanting a 3 year deal. The guy said 2 years ago he wants to play 5 more years.

I would be cool with 3 year 14 mill guaranteed and no trade clause.

A. I said 'could be' the difference.
B. Riley didn't do anything. Boston offered double the money, a system and players he's comfortable with, a bigger role than spot up shooter, and a f*cking no trade clause that only Dirk and Kobe had. Ray just clearly wanted out, nothing to do with Riley other than that he has the LeBron, Wade and Bosh on his roster.
