Hasn't missed a game in his whole life and works harder than anyone in the history of human athletic competition. iron man of sports, he will never miss a game in his career, I GUARANTEE that. Seriously guys, do you even understand what you are witnessing with this man? You will one day...

There's a difference between not being injury prone and being a hard worker.

I'd say Michael Jordan was probably the hardest working player ever.

Wilt Chamberlain played 48.5 minutes per game without missing a game in 1962, and he averaged 45.8 minutes a game for his career.

Let me know when Westbrook comes close 42 mpg for a season.

Said he would workout so hard that he would have to lay in the grass for up to an hour to recover just so it would be safe for him to drive his car back home

Must suck to be Westbrook when Fraudrant gets all the credit and all the publicity.

His style of play with his reliance on athleticism says otherwise. It's only a matter of time before he gets injured. Whether it's a minor injury or worse is anyone's guess. He's not getting any younger.

I'm pretty sure what he accomplished those past seasons (never missing a game of his career be it in college or NBA) is pretty much unheard of.

That's a different kind of record than what Westbrook accomplished.

true - it is pretty amazing he's never missed a single game at any level, HS and beyond.

i don't think at all that it proves he's the hardest working athlete. i don't even know how to quantify that. it's not like any of us know these guys

He comes off as a once in a lifetime athlete.. but his athletic measurements are not that special.. what it is, is that he unleashes his full potential with an abundance of hard work and fearlessness on the court...

I know its hard to believe.. but Russell Westbrook acquired his athletic ability through maximum hard work and persistence... he is NOT a naturally born world class athlete..

minor injuries will not affect Westbrook in the slightest.. you don't think hes had plenty already? Major injuries? Dont count on it... this aint Portland nikka :pimp:

Westbrook stamina and endurance are on another level. I mean look at all the attacking point guards. They all been banged up. Reminds me of Lebron.

op, your words have no credibility or substance when you guarantee something you have no control over.

and your saying 2 things in your post. that hes hard working, and because hes hardworking he wont miss another game? that doesnt make sense, you can work hard all you want but that wont prevent injury or sickness.

grow up f@ggot
