Rap songs that motivate me usually just have an aggressive/uptempo beat and a good chorus and sometimes an aggressive delivery in the verses.

It's not like I sit there and listening to the verses intently while I am working out...that would kill my work-out and would be a bad thing actually.

So, currently I have this as my play-list when working out:
