Are they mad at [you] and the Lakers?

“I’ve heard that they are. We haven’t had those conversations. We had a little game to think about tonight.”

I'm sure they had talked about it, but that wasn't the main cause of him going to Miami. Riley's pitch of winning multiple titles in Miami was the biggest reason.

And I don't care how many titles you have. It doesn't add anything to your argument. It just makes you look more like a bandwagon Lakers fan.

most telling quote:

"We joked around a little bit about it during the summer. The consensus was that there is no way we can get Dwight and still keep Pau, and they all love Pau for us. It was like, 'No way you're going to let Pau go, so therefore you can't get Dwight.' I was like, 'Well, I think we can make that happen.' "

Even the players on team USA know what's up. :applause:

Only a tard could sit here and deride a group of players forming a superteam while claiming that one being formed by players forcing trades to a specific team and screwing their former teams into accepting pennies on a dollar is somehow more admirable.

I wouldn't get too cocky. Okc is a good matchup against Lakers and Miami had the best player in the world by far on their team.

A couple Laker losses against the Thunder were REAL close, and that was with a vastly shittier team. Let's not pretend that every game the Lakers lost against the Thunder was a double-digit blowout.

"What do you think of Dwight Howard going to the Lakers?," Fallon asked Durant and Harden in a giddy and excited tone many would hear from Lakers fans.

Durant shrugged his shoulders. Harden turned and slightly laughed. Awkward silence ensued. Crickets chirped.

"So you don't care?" Fallon asked, incredulously. "Come on! That's major. The Lakers are getting a crazy team."

"Good for them," Harden simply said.
