With Ant Man and the Fantastic Four reboot in pre-production, and Man of Steel coming out next year, what other neglected hero are you anxiously awaiting a film of?

Me, I want in on some Doctor Strange action, and hopefully Marvel Studios can nab back the rights of Daredevil so that shit can finally be done right. I'm also more than a little pissed that it's taken so long to get a Wonder Woman film made.

And please, no shit like Iron Man 3 or other films that you KNOW are being made.

Hmm... now I'm really thinking about it. What else could be awesome? Well they say that X-Men First Class II is going to be Days of Future Past. Maybe some other cool sagas.

Kraven's last hunt. Civil War. Spider Island! I mean it's take approx. 239482934 movies to set everything up for those but still... would be great.

Oh, fvck YES. One of the biggest reasons I was crushed when Sony decided to reboot the franchise was because I thought Raimi could have handled some of these characters PERFECTLY. I don't think anyone has the balls to do a Spider-Man film with Kraven in it, but fvck would that be some good shit.

No it wouldn't. His power is being a million times faster than everyone else. To show that they've got to have action scenes filled with a red and lightning blur with a guy moving throw a bunch of statues whenever they want us to see his perspective. That's going to get old "fast." Unless someone came up with a fantastic script it's not movie material. If it was the Superman movies would have him moving as fast as light and dominating everything instead of the stupid way they have Luthor's traps work on a guy that could supposedly fly in the opposite direction of our orbit and thus travel back in time.

The more powerful a hero is the harder it is to make a good movie with them. That and Christopher Nolan is why Batman movies are better than Spiderman movies, and Spiderman movies are better than Superman movies.

I want more Hulk movies. I liked the Ed Norton one, and Hulk/Banner was the best part about the Avengers, yet for some reason there is no plan for another before the next Avengers while there are plans for sequels to all the other characters.

I'd love to see either a Venom movie, or do the Maximum Carnage storyline in an upcoming Spider-man movie.

A Spawn movie done well would be awesome. The one they made in the 90s was shit.

He is a part of a ton of team-ups in the comics and it still works pretty well but I kind of agree. He could at least make a cameo in Avenger films since usually some threat shows up in NYC and that's his city.

There is no way at all, ever, under any circumstances, that Sony would make any Spider-Man related film with an "R" rating. Even if the Watchmen turned out differently and was a monster hit, the Spider-Man property is worth too much to lose viewers with that rating. That's why practically every action film that comes out gets shit cut from it for that PG-13 rating.

I dont want a movie, but rather a TV series for the X-Men, X-Factor, or X-Force. The only way the mutant-verse will ever seemingly get any decent screen representation is with time to develop characters. So far every X-movie has failed to do this, which leads me to believe a movie is necessary.

Before it would have been seen as too expensive but I imagine the day is coming that HBO or Showtime will green light something along those lines now that a show like Game Of Thrones (and its high production values and heavy fantasy lean) has become a hit.

I wouldn't worry too much, because I think they only have another 18-24 months to get a fantastic four movie out, and with the way they're shedding directors/writers it doesn't look good.:lol

Aaaaaaand it looks like Marvel's getting back the Daredevil rights:

http://www.toplessrobot.com/2012/08/daredevil_slinks_shamefacedly_back_to_marvel.php

Remember that "Let us use Galactus and you can keep Daredevil for a while longer" trade Marvel offered to Fox a little while back? Fox passed, meaning the Daredevil movie rights will revert to Marvel some time in October, and director Joe Carnahan's vision of a gritty, Frank Miller-before-he-totally-lost-his-mind-esque set-in-the-'70s Daredevil movie is basically dead.

If this is true and I'm understanding it correctly, it means that all the following characters:

Daredevil/Matt Murdock, Elektra (Natchios), The Kingpin/Wilson Fisk, Bullseye, Jack Murdock, Karen Page, Ben Urich

can now appear in official Marvel films and can, theoretically, show up in a future Avengers film.
