In all honesty, I do applaud the attempt. Making your own music is not an easy thing to do, and it certainly can be even more difficult to share it and bare yourself in that regard. And although this attempt is pretty rough, I think it would go a long way on here for you towards getting actual constructive feedback if you were less assuming and cocky in your general demeanor.

Who are producers you look to for an idea or sound?

I try to make my music sound as live as I possibly can. I listen to a lot of 60s, 70s and 80s music. But it is damn near impossible to recreate the Motown sound or a George Harrison production when you're a one man band not named Prince. So I tend to stick with a 80s type of sound.

I look to 80s producers like Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, Teddy Riley, Babyface, Kashif, Larry Blackman, Jesse Johnson and the Jacksons to get my inspiration from. So my productions you get funky bass grooves, loud/heavy snare drums, guitar and piano riffs and synths.

A laptop mic is worse than a radio shack mic man. If you're really tryin to take this serious I suggest some better equipment. I have ableton/audacity but it came with my pro-tools so I only used it a few times. I stick with my Reasons 4.0 and these nasty sythns that came with pro-tool. Get you a good mic and some keyboards. You can go to any local pawn shop and get some good keys for a good price. I have 4 keyboards.
