6-9 wingspan - 40 inch sleeve

It's slightly above average for a player his height (he claims he's "just over 6-4 w/o shoes") but it's not super out of the ordinary. His hand quickness probably has just as much if not more to do with his steals / blocks rather than just his length

Cut the sarcastic bullsh*t. It isn't meant to "prove" (or even suggest) that West "always" dribbled left. What it proves is that he can dribble with his left hand and on top of that use it to steal, catch, shoot, etc. The video also demonstrates his quickness / length / timing / awareness / desire to block shots, intercept passes, and pick players pockets - u know, examples of defensive things?. Guys like West, Havlicek, Jerry Sloan, Bobby Jones, Bill Walton, Bird, McHale, Eaton, Hinrich, Kirilenko... Beg to differ.

But black guys are more athletic, on average, so of course more got a chance to be better defensively. Bobby Jones was an amazing athlete and defensive player but look at a guy like Chambers, one of the most athletic white dudes ever but he was not much of a defender, not close to the impact a guy like Bird had on defense.
