I love how all of the players have that type of arrogant/cocky smirk that only being a Laker/living in LA can give you.

Very surreal but looking forward to seeing some of these super teams go head to head.

Probably going to end up watching 600-700 games this season if i can :P

The funny thing about having a team in Hollywood is that the franchise always mirrors the city. Everything the Lakers do is always "showtime". Laker home games are essentially a massive hangout spot for actors and celebrities. Laker broadcasting/multimedia is always done extremely well because of the hollywood/entertainment industry connection (not to mention the hottest cheerleaders as well because of the porn industry connection) and now the Lakers easily have the best looking team photo out of any team in the league.

Nash: "I'll let Kobe hold the ball for this pic"

Kobe: Looking like a spoiled child

Pau: Looking at payback for the olympics, seems like his old self without Bynum in the picture (pun intended)

-"Standing with three defensive beasts, I'll be soft all ****ing day"

Artest: Feels like he's on the same level as the other four

Dwight: "Only God Can Judge Me, only god, only could judge me now.."

Hardly robbery when you consider what stage Nash, Artest, and Kobe are at in their careers. They aren't in their primes, in fact they are at the end of their careers. They won't dominate the league and run away with a title.

Wiggins? ;)

Its never a boring offseason when you have the lakers potentially pulling off big big BIG trades.

Why wouldn't he be? He's our best shooter/defender at the 3 and he might just set the nba record for most WIDE OPEN corner 3s.

Gasol is at the end of the road, too. That much is obvious with his 2011 and 2012 campaigns.

But it's the addition of PEAK and best CENTER in the game, in an ever shrinking league, with its greatest weakness at that position.

Howards mere presence on the floor will make even past their primes Nash, Kobe, Artest, and Gasol even better.
