I would describe Rose's game as "violent". Everything seems to be at full reckless speed, even his jumpshot.

IMO he needs to slow it down a bit and use some of his other weapons. Don't rely on just blowing by your defender and out jumping / maneuvering the secondary defender.

Definitely agree with Dwight Howard.

Leads all bigs in turnovers every season, yet averages a pedestrian 1.5 assists.

His jump shot is ugly and watching him at the FT line is almost embarrassing.

His footwork and moves are nothing to write home about (far from a "natural", that's for sure).

Defensively he's great but his basketball IQ kind of sucks.

I would qualify his game as more "boring" than ugly. He does just enough within his athletic limitations to get the job done. He's also fundamentally sound with his moves, and his step-back jumper is lethal.

Although Lebron's half court game might not be so nice to look at, his open-court game is one of the best in history. He gets up so high and so quick during fast breaks that it's hard to tell what just happened after certain plays.

Not superstar level per se, Elton Brand's stint with the Clippers. Great post player, rebounded, blocked shots, 100% hustle player and was even able to knock down the 16 footer with consistancy but was not pretty at all.

Exactly, same for Wade who has done it for 9 years straight (I expect Rose to have a career reel similar to Wade when its all said and done) but as far as right now, Wade is an all time great in however yall want to name it (excitement, pretty to watch, fluid, entertaining, ect) and Rose should be on his way up there after he is approaching 10 years.
