I think they're starting 5 isn't very good but the problem but theres not much difference between them and the bench. Chemistry wise their huge problem is they have 4 6th man types in Odom, Crawford, Bledsoe, and Grant Hill. When things start to go bad, everyone will think it's because they're not getting enough minutes. Wouldn't be surprised to see a toxic Clipper locker room being a huge issue by the end of the season

I could be wrong, but I think he's a Laker fan who's still so pissed off about the Stern veto that now he talks shit about CP3 all the time, either in game threads or entirely unprovoked.

Demons for laughs twist the "Got Em" pics of CP3 into a story of how it means his teammates hate him :oldlol:

it is meaningless if they are friends now off the court. There is bound to be some discontents once they start losing it's called the NBA rule of limited minutes with 4 6th man types on your bench and a few serviceable other parts to boot, some of who are headcases, and a potential superstar stuck behind a fading whiner who the media will be giving credit to for every win. not a recipe for success
It is a better longterm strategy to have a few good players than a bunch of decent players who all play at the same level. They have Griffin who's a little limited and Paul who's way past his prime and a bunch of guys who are about the same level. Let's pretend
As far as those pictures that doesn't prove a thing, preseason is like a big party anyway once you get to rough stretches of the regular season noone cares anymore about how much you played xbox together. Even Delonte West and Lebron used to be friends.
And as far as that tradition of taking pictures of sleeping players that is probably really annoying esp. to veterans. Players should encourage each other to sleep because it makes you better rested, instead they are probably reluctant to sleep because pictures of them drooling will be put all over the world. Again, maybe fun now but just wait til the regular season grind starts. This team will fall apart even faster than you make new threads clippersfan

I will also add that I am not the only one saying this. Even Bill Simmons, as someone I can barly tolerate and a huge Clippers/Paul stan (he has season tickets) pointed out that there is no way to avoid a discontentment disaster over minutes. These guys are alredy not getting the minutes they'd expect and that's without Barnes, Billups, and Hill. FYI Billups is the expected starter when he returns and Hill is the primary backup SF. There is simply no way to keep this many players happy, especially since not one of them is a legitimate big, so one of those spots in the rotation will be occupied by Turiaf or Hollins.
VDN will either have to run the Grinnell system of changing lineups every two minutes and having them sprint the whole time or he will have to put up with a cancerous lockerroom.

I won't pretend to know whether or not the OP has an agenda, that said; he may be correct.
Vinny Del Negro is a not a very strong figure. VDN may very well get bulldozed by the amount of talent and personalities once he has to start really figuring out a rotation.

You made a smart comment followed by an incredibly stupid one. The Lakers don't have a chemistry problem, they have 2 new starting players and a whole new offense they are trying to learn, not to mention a bonehead for a coach. It has nothing to do with chemistry or locker room problems.

I never thought a day would come where I so strongly disagree, go back and read something and completely change my opinion so shortly after. I do feel like there is a chemistry issue and rift between CP3 and Griffin+DJ right now like Bill Simmons said. I really hope the team can fix it very quickly before it damages the team's core long term.

Was before more than I am now. I still think purely for money reason chances are good but before I would of said 85 percent now I think about 60-65 percent chance he stays. Now if Clippers figure it out and make a killer to to the WCF or beyond then yes he will re-sign for sure IMO. If they continue to have issues meshing and are out in the first round... 50/50 chance he bails.

I just can't see where else he would go, Atlanta 'big 3' wont happen. Probably the best situation for him is Clippers, continued growth of the young core > any other situation off the top of my head. Besides, he won't walk back into another Hornets type situation.

Fair points but we'll see. I'm not happy with CP3 right now. His shooting has been bad, he's more passive than ever on offense, his D has been atrocious and his conditioning is sh**.
