Who could he be?? Emerging Harden? Durant? Labran? Anthony? Remember Kobe had a serious stretch last season? Any of the newcomers? A point guard? Or maybe the center, to everybody's surprise?

IIRC last year it was Deron Williams of the New Jersey Nets with 57 points against the Bobcats. Year ago IIRC it was Tony Parker.

Post your picks down below!

it will be 2night - 4 years ago after Obama won we got an epic night with Parker going for 55 and Amare for 49 also Lebron for 41.

so we may see someone going off tonight:rockon:

i can see steve blake going for 81 turnovers.

Harden has had 45. Bryant has had 40, but I doubt he will able to crank that much, let alone 50+ with Howard and Gasol around.

Durant and Melo would be the best choices for it. I don't think James with get to 50+ either, but he could still get 40+.

Kobe: 24
LaBran: 9

Durant has 1 so far, likely to get more as the years pass. IIRC Wade has 3 or 4, Melo has 2, Jamal Crawford has 4, Dirk has 2-4, Kevin Love has 1, Amar'e has 1, TD has 1, TP has 1...

And D-Will has that 57 pointer of course.

Jamal Crawfords been playing well, imagine if he could get 50 points with a 4th team!

Thanks for the memories. So it was 4 years ago? Time flies.

This would be crazy. I'd love such a turn!

Harden has had 45. Bryant has had 40, but I doubt he will able to crank that much, let alone 50+ with Howard and Gasol around.

True. Kevin Love could make it? Although injuried currently, if that's right..? And Amare returning stronger than ever would be such a magnificent thing. Although I do not believe in that at all..

Jamal Crawford
I think it's gonna be Melo.

To me it's as crazy as Rondo getting it. He is not a starter! :rant But it seems he has done it already: 52 vs. Miami 01/26/07. He has the tools too, individually and team-wise.

Ok, Durant-Melo-LaBran, Harden and Crawford ahead now.

Kobe is not that young and his team is loaded and durant is not that strong to get 50 points(considering he only got 1 and thats playing 44minutes).

Only capable players to pull off that feat right now is deron williams, lebron james.james harden(yes hard to believe but reality).

Lebron will not get it doesnt matter how hot he can be.His team is by far the most talented offensive team we have seen in recent history.

Deron can get it.However again nets doesnt lack scorers they lack defenders so i dont think he will get it.

Harden will probably get it because there is no one beside lin provide offense in his team other than him of course. So i am expecting harden to get 50 points.

Durrant did it on OT so imo Curry is the first to legit do it in regulation

Because OT isn't part of the game, I hear they chop off players' stats and the wins in OT at the end of the season cause it isn't legit you know.

I clearly said Curry is the first to do it in regulation, Durrant scored his 50th in OT and there nothing wrong with that.
