-Yawns- It's so damn early for sports. Both of my teams are going to be in New York playing at the same time. The Suns kick off against the Knicks at 10 and the Cardinals game against the Jets starts at 11. I don't think this has ever happened. lol

Clutch

I like these early starts. I can finally watch a game in normal time (6 pm in my country)

Knicks are a better team and also play at home, should be a win. In case we lose I blame the guy who opened the thread about the Knicks beasting at MSG :lol

LET'S GO KNICKS

Finally starting to get rolling in a Knicks jersey. Scary thing for NY is it'll probably even get better, Melo's still get more in him. People forget how efficient Melo can be.

It also help that the offense has been so good. Everyones getting good shots and I think that's why he's shooting 3s so much better like the one he made earlier. I knew that was going in because of how great the execution was and what a great shot that was. The lay up he got in the mismatch earlier is also proof of how smart Melo and the entire team are playing. Taking what the defense gives them. I never imagined the offense would be this good, and they're playing hard at both ends, Melo getting a steal and diving on the floor, as well as the complementary players like Brewer who was an excellent addition.

Damn it. I'm turning this off. I was watching to hope the Knicks lay an egg but but they will muster a 20 point victory just in the 3rd quarter. 1 game lead over the Nets while the Nets play the Thunder without Brook. Good thing we're at home though. 7-1. Should be 8-0 but the Nets decided to lose a 22 point lead in 15 minutes. Oh yeah, to the freaking T-Wolves without Love and Rubio.

Knicks can't pull away. Whenever they go up by 15+ the Suns respond and cut it back to 12 or something.

I just love how the pieces fit together on this Knicks' team...on top that, it's almost as if every player on the squad has a chip on their shoulder and something to prove.

'Melo - to prove he can lead a team to the promised land.

Felton - to prove that out-of-shape version of himself in Portland was just an aberration.

J.R. Smith - to prove that he can play winning, team basketball.

Novak - to prove that he can contribute consistently to an NBA team (he's already pretty much done this though).

Rasheed - to prove he still has some gas left in the tank.

Jason Kidd - (see Rasheed)

Tyson is about the only guy who doesn't have too much to prove, being a champion and last season's Defensive Player of the Year.

If Amare can come back and buy into the sixth-man role, the Knicks' may just be primed to knock off the defending champs.

Why does Gentry not play Dragic and Beasley more?

Every time I watch the Suns those two are riding bench and Telfair, PJ Tucker and Shannon Brown are in instead. He seems to put in the team that isn't getting blown out but that bench isn't going to win you anything.

Maybe you should play your big money players?

Also its quite clear that Beasley is a 4 and not a 3. His post defense didn't look that bad so why not play him there? Whatever the Suns are doing now clearly isn't working.
