I did a complete 180 on the name. When I first heard it, it sounded ridiculous and goofy. Now I actually like it. I like animal nicknames for teams. Old school.

I like the logo that has the Pelican swallowing the alive pigeon whole. That's boss.

I really like these too. But is it set in stone that the colors will be blue/red/gold? There's already too much red and blue (sixers, pistons, clippers, cavaliers) and then the teams with blue/yellow or orange (pacers, nuggets, grizzlies, knicks, bobcats...)

It's be awesome if they went with green/gold and maybe purple. I'm definitely digging the evil looking pelicans though. Hopefully they don't **** this up by picking the blandest logo.
