I think that happens to all players, esp ones play facing basket. They are Ball players they run and jump so much carry extra weight is bad. Pure power is not as good as agility, stamina, body control. speed.

All they do is beef up their shoulder and arms. If you look at them shirtless, Lebron, Amare. Dwight all have small chest, ab, leg , everywhere else muscle mass. Its not proportional and definitely cannot compare to muscle builders. And guy like Tyson chandler for the sake of energy and mobility have a really controlled thin chickeny body.

Just about right. Dude will not have a positive impact on this team's winning. He may not impact it negatively, but I really dont see how he helps this team. Terrible, and I mean terrible defender, weak rebounder (melo is clearly a better rebounder), takes away the advantage of melo at the 4, and is nowhere near the athlete/finisher he once was, which was his one true elite skill

ok. i'll explain it too you.
stat will come off the bench for either chandler at center, or melo at the four.
with chandler out, stat becomes the main roller.
without melo, the knicks can run isos for him, or he'll spot up on the weak side.
when chandler and melo sit, stat becomes the roller and sheed the stretch 4, while sheed will play the center on defense.
