Thats dumb they are practically equal at this point in there career its a dumb trade for both teams, since Monroe is better with Drummond than Cousins would be and Cousins is better with JT than Monroe would be. But to act like Monroe is greatly better than Cousins is a joke. Monroe is more level headed but Cousins has slightly bigger potential and the last time Detroit took a chance on a hothead I seem to recall it went well.

I think Cousins is a hothead but I also think he plays the 4 and can hit the 15 foot jumper, Drummond has been slow played by the coaches this year and rarely gets on the floor with Moose because they both play the same position. I would love to keep Moose because of his level head and passing, but I am thinking more along the lines of fitting together. It would be a huge risk, but I think both parties would excel if this trade happened.

You realize Cousins is 22 years old, in his third year, and averaged 18/11 last year right? Cousins is proven talent and fills the main hole in the Celtics roster, presence and rebounding in the paint. With Cousins, Celtics are a lock for the playoffs and could be really dangerous in the weak big man east. Idk if you just have some personal vendetta against the guy, but the trade were speaking about would be a no brainer and the Kings would be voluntarily raping themselves.

Again Cousins is proven talent; Sullinger and Melo 'could pan out', but neither will never even reach the level Cousins is at now, and Cousins will only get better. Many players have had bad attitudes, never meant they couldn't play. You should know this being you have Rondo on your team

Melo hasn't even played a second in the NBA.

Cousins hasn't been coached by a good coach. He hasn't been on a good team with vets that would hold him accountable.

Celtics might as well make a move because they aren't winning anything as they are right now.


The Celtics should try and make a move for Cousins, sign K-Mart, and maybe make a move for Mozgov too. They need size so KG can actually play the 4.
