KG215

Got off to a real sluggish start, behind 30-20 after the first quarter where the Wizards went something like 5/6 from three. Outscored them 33-21 in the second, though. Hopefully we come out focused in the third and put them away.

- Durant has 15-5-2-2 on 6/8 shooting
- Westbrook has 8 assists and just 1 turnover
- Ibaka has 15 points and 3 rebounds on 7/9 shooting

They lost this game when retarded Brooks decided to keep slowass Perkins in the game so long. Guy traveled on an open dunk, turned the ball over couple times, kept fouling everyone, got destroyed by any scrub big that posted him up, failed to box out numerous times and allowed putbacks, and just completely ****ed offensive flow and defensive positioning with his uselessness on the court.

It was so shocking seeing the difference literally 10 seconds after Collison was in, he got like 3 offensive rebounds, forced a steal, was quick and made multiple hustle plays. But yea Mr. Brooks, keep giving Scrubkins 25+ Minutes while he basically helps opposing teams win. He is a great locker guy afterall, he is allowed to be a black hole on the court as a result.

The East does suck in comparison to the West. The Heat can afford a loss on the road to the Wizards because they'll still finish top two in the conference. This loss for OKC, though, could be the difference in them finishing 2nd instead of 1st or 3rd instead of 2nd in the West.

Presti has all the assets necessary to get Varejao or Gortat. But he just keeps Scrubkins on the roster. I will be happy if OKC keeps losing if it means Perkins is finally amnestied and a real Center is acquired.

OKC blows a lot of teams out, but Perkins keeps games a lot closer than they have to be. It's 4vs5 out there most of the time, and the Thunder has the talent to win that way, but it doesn't make it a good strategy when they can be so much better.

At least the Spurs losing in New Orleans tonight makes this loss sting a little less.

Still can't believe a rookie hit a game winner, had two 4-point plays and shot 5/7 from three on us, but Beal was really good tonight. Hopefully they'll get Wall back soon and he'll stay healthy, and give the Wizards some hope going forward. That has the makings to be one of the most lethal and best backcourts in the NBA if Wall starts to live up to his potential.

Yeah, not sure this is the game to base this on. If you watched the game you saw Kevin Martin go 0/6 from three and, of those six misses, three or four of them he was wide-open...shots he normally makes. Durant missed two or three wide-open threes. OKC missed 16 shots in a row in the 3rd and 4th quarters, more than half of which were open or even wide-open shots. It was just one of those really cold shooting games (well, just the second half because OKC was shooting 50%+ at halftime) where OKC didn't capitalize on open shots. It happens.

For the game OKC shot 42.5% (34/80) and 24% (6/25) from three and still scored 99 points. Not saying Washington played no defense, but OKC missed plenty of open looks they normally make. Hats off to the Wizards, though, for shooting well and playing well as a whole offensively. It was another game, like the Nets game, where OKC's defense was severely lacking and they gave the Wizards a lot of open looks from three, which the Wizards made them pay for by shooting 10/18.
