i feel like i'm on my third cold this winter alone, wtf is going on? I never get sick this much, let alone in such a short intervals. I eat healthier than i ever have before, i exercise more than i ever have before. I just don't get it. And i can't even see a doctor because i don't know what the **** insurance i have since this stupid ass excuse for universal healthcare kicked in. They've sent me like four notices of my insurance changing to this or that, and some of the notices conflict with one another, WTF!. Its so confusing. I should be able to walk into the ****in place and get some proper help, but i can't even schedule a physical! **** this place, **** it!

be careful not to over-exercise, because that's also an excellent way of getting sick. too much exercise creates biochemical stressors and depletions.

anyway, since chomping away on garlic i don't get sick anymore. it's rather magical. but a couple years ago i was out of country and got a bad stomach infection that almost killed me. it reminded me that being delirious with a high fever is actually a pretty cool little psychotropic.

kind of miss that, to be honest. i was back with that cute little blonde girl and all was right with the world. :rockon:

Me. Actually had to go to the doctor just because of a basic everyday cold because it kicked my asthma into high gear last night (which almost never happens). I couldn't breathe. Got some medicine to stabilize it.

All allergies and illnesses for me have ceased since I moved to Florida 2.5 years ago. I used to get sick a few times a year, and have seasonal allergies. All gone now.
