But it also depends how much boob was there in the first place and the final size in relation to original size, in the case the fake part could be under some amount of real boobs, but yeah, in general they don't feel like regular boobs.

My last gf had implants, but nothing huge. Just went from like a B to a C. They're just really firm, don't move much (at least that size doesn't). She actually regretted getting them but said she was afraid to get them removed because of how they might look afterwards.

Another friend of mine from college had fake DD's which felt/moved a little more realisttically but you could still tell they were fake.

Overall I'm not a fan but I have seen some quality ones that you legitimately couldn't tell whether or not they were real. They're obviously not a deal breaker because I've dated someone that had them, but I'd prefer real over fake any day
