10+ points at the last 2 minutes to beat the Thunder.
He has been making a lot of huge plays lately, especially when the team needs him in the 4th. he's hitting game-winners at a rate better than lots of superstars in the league, and better than anyone in Cavs history.
Is he the clutchest player in Cavs history? The superstar that is willing to put the team on his shoulders and take the last shot?

While all the 'clutch' stuff is nice and all, let's be honest, it all doesn't mean anything yet until he has to do it in big games/playoffs.
He can do whatever he pleases in crunch time right now and who's gonna blame him, being surrounded with several scrubs. He has no pressure at the moment. Let's see how he performs when games with some serious implications are on the line and not those which give you a 0.2% better or worse chance at a higher/lower draft pick.
Of course, I do enjoy all of this.:lol

Kyrie is a superstar caliber player with a huge upside, but this disrespectful to LeBron man. LeBron lead a D-League caliber roster to the finals in 2007 and hit game winning shot in the ECF in 2009 against the Magic. Not to mention LeBron's legendary game 5 performance against the Pistons in the ECF when he dropped 48 points on the road. How quickly you forget.

It's one of my critiques. I mean he gets in the lane so easily, I'd expect more dimes dropped off. But we also have to take into account the talent he plays with when it comes to assists. So you're right. That and defense needs obvious improvements. But they kid has major ONIONS in clutch time. I love watching this kid play. In fact, he's in my top three to watch play right now. I'm a legit fan. It doesn't hurt he wears my number, either.

im well aware of boobies one good game in the playoffs, but you need to win 12 games to get to the finals
lebron played very well through-out the playoffs, and to imply that he wasnt the best player on the cavs during that run is ridiculous, although im pretty sure you already know that.

No Lebron did not play well in the playoffs outside the ECF he was terrible and even in the ECF he wasn't that great outside of game 5. Lebron was the best player on the Cavs but the main reason they got to the finals was because they played in a weak east and the Cavs elite defense.

You're ridiculous! He single handedly takes over the 4th of games and wins them and then you knock him for not getting enough Ws? Lets not forget these Cavs are just as "horrrible" as the Cavs Bron had (if not worse), not to mention they have been injury plagued.

How many goddamn game winners has Lebron hit in the playoffs? NUMEROUS. Nikka single handedly curb stomped Detroit on the road to lead his team to the finals while hitting a game winner. Dude has put Washington to sleep with amazing 4th quarter performences, hell he even hit a buzzer against Orlando. You really mean to tell me Kyrie's regular season (but great) 4th quarter clutchness was better than Lebron's? It really isn't close tbh

Come on, too soon to call him overrated. He's playing with crap, isn't even 21 yet, and is a sophomore. Normally players struggle in their sophomore season. He still has another year or two to explode. Players usually do their best in either their third season, or when they turn 21 or 22. That's when you see their true potential as a player. Hold off on judgement. He needs to improve elements, but it is by far too soon to call him overrated. He doesn't get the hype he does elsewhere as he does on ISH.

A coin has two sides. The ones giving head are sucking him raw. I'm tails. I'm being realistic. What a players stats are on a horrible team mean absolutely NOTHING. He isn't good enough nor does he make an impact enough to carry his team. His stats are empty. I'll be impressed when the Cavs actually win.

You clearly don't watch Cavs games. HOWEVER, I feel he could do a lot more to make those around him better. Right now he is primarily a scorer, which is fine...I mean DRose does it, but Kyrie has the potential to effect the game in other areas. That's ok though, he'll get there eventually (provided no more injuries).
Btw, if you haven't figured it out, people are impressed by his skills, not his stats :P

He just led them to a win v.s. arguably the best team in the West, dude? You're not being realistic, you're being pessimistic. He balled in that win, too. He's lead them to quite a few wins, that should've been losses. That counts for something. They would be much worse without Irving. I'm realistic. He's an interesting talent, that has holes in his all around game that need to be improved, but he's improved the Cavs quite a bit. Hell, Bron didn't take the Cavs to the playoffs till his 3rd season with them. Was he not a superstar by his 2nd season?

When he outdoes this in the clutch then maybe...............................
From 2003 to 2010 (his Cavs career) Lebron hit:
23 of 69 gamewinners. (http://i1214.photobucket.com/albums/cc500/pauk666/Lebron-Clutch.png)
5 of 11 playoff gamewinners. (http://i1214.photobucket.com/albums/cc500/pauk666/Lebron-GWinners-Playoffs.png)
From only 2004 to 2008 Lebron hit more gamewinners than anybody:

From what I meant, they are both pretty clutch players in the regular season, but it's not translated into many wins in the playoffs and haven't had many "clutch" games (with Irving not even in the playoffs in his career). James is "clutch" in both regards.
As for making it to the playoffs... I guess that's my fault is using Anthony as an example, because he has proven he can take a team to the playoffs every year. Just never really played that great in it...

I'm on your side with all that, but I don't think ripthkik is a Kobe stan, while those other 2 (Eliteballer/Iron Fish) clearly are. Eliteballer is the true Laker fan of the 3 and he can actual debate well... I've seen it. But he's obviously biased when it comes to Kobe.

It took me a while to realize but now I know the reason why ripthekik is so venomous and annoying when it comes to lebron is all because he is a kobe fanboy. It has to do with being threatened by a percieved rival even though they really never played each other enough to have a real rivalry. Rip is the same f*gg*t who was making jokes about lebrons mom struggling to raise him and theironfist is the f*gg*t who was saying "shaq is like a slave compared to kobe who is royalty" and a bunch of other f*gg*t ass humourless trashy shit. These guys are all f*gg*ts and I am immature enough that I truly enjoy calling them out for their delusions about kobe whom they worship and delusionally belive to be the goat when in reality he is top ten but not quite on the level of some of the other all-time greats.

It took me a while to realize but now I know the reason why ripthekik is so venomous and annoying when it comes to lebron is all because he is a kobe fanboy. It has to do with being threatened by a percieved rival even though they really never played each other enough to have a real rivalry. Maybe your right about this, bro.
And damn, I didn't even see those quotes from those 2 (LeBron mom and Shaq is a slave). If that's true, that's low.
Wouldn't blame you for your actions if that's the case. And, while I do think highly of Kobe too, it would never be to the action of some of these stans.

You're thread title asks a question too and it's been answered.
If you want to praise Kyrie, there's already thread "brandonislegend" keeps bumping.
And Bron fans aren't ruining the thread, their answering your title question. LeBron James is the most clutch player in Cavs history. That is a fact.

In the last 3 minutes yes, LeBron was better for the first half the of the 4th quarter cause he affected the game in so many ways, but Irving with the ball in his hands in the last 3 minutes right now is auto win.

That is absolutely not me. I would disrespect Lebron no problem, but I never said such thing about his mom.

YLeBron James is the most clutch player in Cavs history. That is a fact.
Best player, I'll agree. Most clutch, I disagree.
Do all of you have amnesia? Lebron passing the ball during the last seconds of the game blown up during his Cavs days. Every time he'd pass it, and the media would scrutinize him for it. There is hardly any game-winners, despite him being put in such situations many many times.
In 2 seasons, Kyrie Irving has more game-winners, more memorable clutch plays than Lebron has in 7 seasons with the Cavs. Fact.

Even in that post, you brought it out of nowhere (it was not in that thread you posted in for sure, since it was about Jeremy Lin). So basically, you've hated me so for long all based on empty accusations? :oldlol:
In all my time talking about Bron, I've talked about his game, his heart, his character, not his mom. Take it as you will, faag. :confusedshrug:

Dont lie. I remember it exactly as it happened and you are lucky the thread got deleted but your non denial when it happened is evidence enough. And I never hated you, in fact I enjoy trolling you now that I know the reason why you always act like such a hateful whiny bitch

i didn't even know what you were talking about back then pulling random shiit out of your ass, why should i even respond to it?

Best player, I'll agree. Most clutch, I disagree.
I disagree, since he has both in the bag. We can't obviously argue Mark Price or whoever, but even if we use 82 games clutch, NBA.com's statcube, 4th quarter scoring, whatever... James would come out on top.
Do all of you have amnesia? Lebron passing the ball during the last seconds of the game blown up during his Cavs days. Every time he'd pass it, and the media would scrutinize him for it. There is hardly any game-winners, despite him being put in such situations many many times.
You don't have to be considered "clutch" by just hitting game winning shots. That's one aspect of "clutch".
And if your asking who has amnesia... Doesn't winning it all kinda make you forget anyways about all the bad times ? I do remember a lot of game winning misses by guys like LeBron, Kobe, Wade, etc... They've all missed more than they've made. Nobody really has made more than they've taken under those type of scenarios in a large sample size.
I guess you can contribute that to winning and I will say that a Game winner > trumps 5 or 10 misses or "passive play" it seems, not just by James, but other superstars. They get that benefit of the doubt.
Oh, and I don't watch the media because I know they have a clear agenda.
In 2 seasons, Kyrie Irving has more game-winners, more memorable clutch plays than Lebron has in 7 seasons with the Cavs. Fact.
They might be more memorable because their recent. There is not a game winner Iriving hit that was more memorable than either LeBron's game winner in his first game in the playoffs vs the Wizards in 06 nor Game 2 vs the Magic, IMO. And really, that should be a fact since he doesn't just have game winning shots, but memorable performaces.
Until Irving can even come close to doing what LeBron was able to do in some of his playoff performances, I really don't even think this needs to be discussed at all.

What a weak excuse. This is basically admitting to it since you are making an excuse months later for something you supposedly didnt remember back then. I find it funny how I can remember you talking shit about how he grew up and then I google and find myself accusing you of the same exact thing months ago. Just confirmed what I already knew

Weak sauce. Using your own post without any basis to confirm what you falsely believe? Keep em coming:oldlol:
Legends, that's a very good post. But that's only because Lebron has the advantage of playing much more seasons, therefore going into the playoff and having those plays. In regular season, so far Kyrie has done much more with what he has.
It's not a knock on bron though, they just have different approaches to the game. Kyrie is going to put it on his shoulders and take the last shot, while being efficient at it. Bron usually passed the shot in his Cavs days. Kyrie has shown that clutchness so early in his career, it's not his fault he's not in a position to make such plays in the playoffs.

LeBron lead a D-League caliber roster to the finals in 2007
Apparently having the 4th best defense in the NBA (07 Cavs) is a D-League type roster.
