Warriors and Thunder are right there in terms of explosive offense followed by the next tier Spurs, Clippers and a couple other teams... but the way the Rockets can score is so crazy, especially because on paper they don't seem that loaded. I would normally agree, but our team is a special case. We're filled with young guys trying to earn minutes by sticking to the game plan, which is heavily predicated on at-the-rim-shots or 3 pointers. If they milked the clock, our sets would just break down, and there'd be failed possession after failed possession, which really would not help them in the eyes of our coaching staff.
